Recharged!

I feel recharged! I just feel this flow of energy coming back to me and I feel a lot more optimistic about things.

Really all my achievements to date, all the people I've met and all the places I have been, are not accidental or randomly given. A friend was sharing about the famous Steve Job's Keynote speech at Stanford, a point which i have missed when i have watched it numerous times before. It goes sth like this, " If you cannot connect the dots while looking ahead, look backwards."

Truly, all the opportunities that come my way, all the "random" encounters with amazing people over a small party or small talk on a bus really isn't all random after all. I believe that God always have the intention to groom us to be the best we can be and also to help us grow alongside the companionship of many others who come along our way.

It's the strangest thing to be grateful for. But i am grateful that I failed my midterm test which contribute 40% to my final exam. That really is nothing compared to the wake up call it gives me - rely not on your own strengths alone. And of course, this and many other encounters also reminded me to always stay humble and grateful like I used to be or better.
